1. Shipping and delivery
AXIAL operates as a B2B marketplace. Products are supplied by verified partners; delivery is arranged by the supplier or by AXIAL’s logistics partners depending on the order. Delivery times, methods, and costs are indicated at checkout or in the order confirmation and may vary by product, destination, and partner.
We deliver across the European Union and selected other regions. Shipping costs and lead times depend on the delivery address, weight, and the supplier’s terms. You will receive tracking information when available.
2. Risk and title
Risk of loss and title to goods typically pass to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For export or special arrangements, Incoterms or other agreed terms apply.
3. Returns and refunds
Returns are handled in accordance with the supplier’s return policy and applicable law. As a B2B platform, many transactions are not subject to consumer right-of-withdrawal; return eligibility depends on the specific order and partner agreement.
To request a return or report a problem (e.g. damaged or incorrect goods), contact us at info@axial.lv or through the platform, and include your order reference. We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue. Approved returns must be sent to the address we provide; we recommend using a traceable method.
4. Refunds and credits
If a return is approved, refunds or credits will be processed in line with the supplier’s policy and our agreement with you. Refunds are usually made to the original payment method or as account credit, within a reasonable period after we receive and verify the returned goods.
5. Damaged or missing items
Please report damaged or missing items as soon as possible (ideally within a few days of delivery). Provide photos where relevant and your order number. We will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the claim.
